New Exciting Long Island Real Estate Agent, Lance Maiden has joined the Lynx Realty, Inc. based on Long Island's North Shore.
Having completed all the New York State requirements for a License, Lance is able to supply answers and help to all your Real Estate questions.
Lance is a former U.S.A.F. Military (Cook) and Veteran, former Federal Corrections Lieutenant and a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
Having recently worked as a Airport Security Manager for the Homeland Security Department, he has left the government life and was almost selected for the "Hells Kitchen 2" TV Show, Lance was sent to L.A. after passing the New York auditions.
Now finally persues the interesting world of Real Estate and is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors and National Assocation of Realtors.
He is active with his childrens education and loves to cook, cater and teach cooking lessons in his spare time.
